Returns & Exchanges

At ColorIt, we want you to love every hue you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they stay protected during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Take your labeled parcel to the nearest authorized carrier location and make sure to collect a drop-off receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
